Length, Full Body Workouts. These workouts require no more than a towel, a
chair and a couple of water bottles (or soup cans) in a few instances. You will
use your body weight to build lean muscle mass, increase your metabolism and
burn bunches of calories. I know you don’t have an hour to exercise like all
those infomercial workouts. These workouts are 15-30 minutes each. Trust me,
you wouldn’t want them to be any longer. It’s 15-30 minutes of serious (but
fun!) work that will give you serious results.
The first
video is core exercises you can do immediately after having a baby. These will
prepare you to exercise once you have your doctors permission to sweat it out
with full body workouts. The second core workout is a serious belly burner,
only to be done once you’ve mastered the first core workout. These two core
workouts, along with the nutrition plan, are guaranteed to flatten your belly,
recondition your core, protect and strengthen your lower back(which is taking a
beating with that new little one!)
